I am writing in
reference to the order no.383749
I regret/remain to inform you there was a delay/delete
with the delivery.
We were supposed to receive/receipt the goods on 23
.05.2016 , yet there occurred a
considerable delay/ delete. Therefore/ moreover, we are sorry to say that we
are truly unsatisfied/ dissatisfied
with our collaboration. Should you/you
should have any questions concerning/considering the ensuing problem, do not hesitate to contact us.
What is more, we expected the goods to be of higher
quantity/ quality. After unloading the goods, we noticed that the commodities
were simply faulty. Some of them were flawed, scratched, damaged, wrongly
labelled, carelessly wrapped. To be frank the goods did not meet/make our
expectations .
